Semax

Synthetic analogue of ACTH(4-10). Sequence conserved from the endogenous ACTH fragment. Semax is a short acth analogue presented as a freeze-dried solid with amber-glass packaging and argon-flushed headspace.

Synthesis uses Fmoc solid-phase chemistry with HBTU activation; crude peptide is precipitated in cold ether and polished by reverse-phase HPLC until purity floors at 99.05%. Every lot leaves the bench with ESI-TOF, LAL endotoxin, and residual-solvent data attached.

Lyophilised material is stable frozen at −20 °C. In aqueous solution, HPLC purity holds refrigerated for roughly two weeks; single-thaw only, no repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
